Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy has a 30-day duration. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a full refund or an exchange. For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as products classified as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer. Additionally, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery, may result in partial refunds.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted until the shipping slot cut-off time (3 hours) prior to your scheduled delivery. Please contact our customer service for any cancellation requests and refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which customers can utilise for their future purchases. If we identify any transactions that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of our website’s terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel such orders. Additionally, customers or accounts involved in such transactions will be restricted from accessing the site or making future product purchases at our sole discretion.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. This email will also include notification of whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Exchanges
We offer replacements exclusively for items that are defective or damaged. Should you require an exchange for the same item, kindly reach out to us via email at support@popatnamkeen.com. Gifts
If the item was designated as a gift during the purchase and sent directly to you, you will be issued a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to your address. If the item was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to give it to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.
Shipping returns

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning the item. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, these measures can provide added security during the return process.
